How many Homeowners are currently using SMARTEquity?

SMARTEquity was originally introduced to the market by it’s owner Comcorp Communications three years ago. There are thousands of consumers benefiting from using the original version across North America. And there are hundreds of thousands of consumers from Australia, Europe, and North America benefiting from similar, yet less complete systems. The latest version of SMARTEquity’s broader, systematic, and completely lender neutral approach, released in 2010, now provides subscribers free access to courses in personal financial management, and, includes a complete accounting module as well.

What does a Homeowner get when they purchase or receive a SMARTEquity license?

Customers and Prospects of yours follow 3 simple steps to learn about SMARTEquity; they begin by watching an 11 minute introductory video, complete a form to receive a FREE personal analysis which shows them exactly what SMARTEquitycan do for them, and finally, contacting us to help them get started on using and benefiting from the system.

Your Customers and Prospects will be assigned a Certified SMARTEquity Coach who will schedule a 30-45 minute telephone session using the software to work out a game plan with the client and get them completely set up and comfortable on the system. Additionally, each client is provided free access to our SMARTEquity online training course to learn how to use the system to realize all of its benefits. The SMARTEquity Coach will follow up with the client for the first 2-3 months, and compare where they are to where they should be and, they’ll identify suggested adjustments where needed in order for the client to remain on track. Finally, they always remain just a phone call or email away for additional support.

Each of your Customers and Prospects using SMARTEquity™ is provided access to a secure password protected website which is co-branded with the Professional who introduced it to them in the first place. This is where they securely enter information about their current mortgage, other debts, income and expenses, and users typically return at least monthly to update the system with their actual financial transactions and track their progress toward becoming mortgage and debt free. The powerful software guides each homeowner from month to month to help keep them on track. The software, the coaching, and the on line courses, all combine to successfully instruct your purchasers how to Grow, Protect, and Secure their Equity.

After the first year, the client optionally continues to access the software on a month to month subscription basis and is billed directly for the cost of $19.95 per month for as long as they continue to use the software. There are no term contracts, billing is strictly month to month, and your client can cancel at anytime.

How much does a SMARTEquity License cost?

SMARTEquity retails for a List price of $1,595 for software access, SMARTEquity Certified Coaching, on line course, and set up. Professionals working with SOIconnect to leverage SMARTEquity to help them grow and strengthen the relationships they have with their customers are able to purchase license vouchers, gift certificates at closing for example, at a discount.

Will my competitor be leveraging MyEquityGPS too?

We want you to stand out from your competition. When you succeed, we succeed. As such, only select Professionals in each market will be able to offer MyEquityGPS™ and be provided with the co-branded web sites  which we host and maintain for you.

How would I know if this program will work for me?

In order for the program to work, you need to have a positive cash flow. In other words you need to be making a little more income then you have in expenses. In many cases clients we can help clients that start out with a negative cash flow get into a positive cash flow position by simply reorganizing their current situation. The next thing you can do to see if the program will work for you is request a free SMARTEquity analysis. We won`t sell you the program unless we ourselves are sure it will benefit you.

Will the program work for me if I have no equity in my home?

Yes as long as you have a positive cash flow the system will work to help you rebuild the equity in your home in the shortest time possible. When you request a free analysis you’ll be able to see just how fast this can be done in your particular case and ask our Certified SMARTEquity Consultants any questions you like.

Will this program work for me if I don’t have a mortgage?

Yes we have many clients that use the program to eliminate their credit card and other debt. Using the program will show you how to lower the effective rate of interest. Many of these clients used the program to improve their credit, build up their savings and put themselves in a great position to qualify for a mortgage and put down a deposit towards their home purchase.

Will someone help me get setup with the program?

Yes we have trained Certified SMARTEquity Consultants throughout North America to help you setup your account, answer your questions and provide all the ongoing support you may need. They are but a phone call or email away.

Why doesn’t my bank tell me about this?

Banks are in business to make as much profit as possible, and so they should for their shareholders. It’s your responsibility to look out for your own best interests. In the same way if you ask your bank for a loan they will not tell you about a competing bank offering a lower rate than they can offer you. Most banks will not educate you on how to save tens of thousands in interest payments they could receive from you. Having said that we deal with lenders that support our system and offer financial products that leverage SMARTEquity even further because they see it as a great incentive to attract more clients. This is not yet a mainstream attitude for banks to educate clients on paying them less interest on loans however.

Can I do this myself without the program?

The shocking statistics are that over 70% of people that know all they have to do is make extra payments just don’t have what`s needed to systematically pay extra on their mortgage.

We’re dealing with human behaviour and in order to help people, we have to understand it. Telling people all you have to do is make extra payments is like telling anyone that’s been struggling with weight all their life to eat less and exercise more. Do I have to have a Home Equity line of credit (HELOC) or any line of credit to make this work (LOC)?

No you don’t need to have a HELOC or LOC to make this program work. The system works with checking or savings accounts as well.

Why would I use a LOC that has a higher interest rate than my mortgage?

The system utilizes an interest cancellation methodology so depending on the individual’s case, it could lower the effective rate of interest you`d end up paying on the LOC from 15% down to less than 2% for example.
